20% of Mid-Hudson Valley residents consider slowing growth and development to be a top issue giving it a rating of 10 out of a possible 10. However, slowing growth and development receives an average rating of just 6.4 out of 10 from Mid-Hudson Valley residents as a whole. It does not appear among residents’ top ten priorities in any of the seven counties in the Mid-Hudson Valley.
Growth and development issues receive their highest score from Dutchess County residents with an average of 6.7 out of 10.
